A Spotlight on Llantarnam

We were so proud to see our Llantarnam bakery featured on BBC’s Inside the Factory, with Paddy McGuinness and Cherry Healy getting a behind-the-scenes look at how one of the UK’s most loved biscuits, the Jammie Dodger, is made.
The episode gave viewers a rare glimpse into the people, processes and precision that go into producing millions of biscuits every week, from mixing and baking through to filling and packing. It also shone a light on the expertise of the teams in our bakery; many of whom have spent decades working there and play a vital role in keeping this iconic product on shelves across the country.
